The guarantee is very simple. Below is a guide to the whole process starting with booking the lesson and finishing with your refund.
1. the lesson is booked over the phone and a payment is made by either card or debit card.
2. We send you a receipt and all of our appropriate contact details to include email addresses and phone numbers.
3. you take your lesson but upon reflection decide you do not wish to continue and you want to have your money back.
4. You have 24 hours after the lesson has finished to claim your refund and you can only do so from Search For Driving Lessons.
5. The office is not open in the late evening, at weekends or bank holidays so the best way of recording your request for a refund is via email. The email is date stamped, however if you decide to call during office hours we will be happy to help you.
6. You are given the opportunity to have a refund or to try a different instructor, it is your choice and you are under no pressure.
7. Assuming you want a refund we will refund the debit or credit card you used.
8. If you wish to try a different instructor this option is only available to you just the once.
9. There are no administration fees for your money back and also no quibble. We may ask you why but that is only to help our service and you are not obliged to state your feelings, this is a no quibble, no hassle guarantee.
